MY SKILLS

Agent skills are reusable instructions that teach a coding agent how to do a specific job. Here are the ones I have built, and the ones from others I keep coming back to.

setup-sandcastle

Set up the @ai-hero/sandcastle autonomous coding-agent loop in a repository — scaffolding, container image, secret forwarding, and a safe first run. Use this whenever the user mentions sandcastle, wants an agent to work through GitHub issues unattended, asks about `sandcastle init`, an overnight/AFK agent loop, or a RALPH-style issue-driven agent. Also use it when an existing sandcastle run is failing — a container that hangs on a prompt, "Not logged in", or `gh` auth errors from inside the sandbox. It covers the runtime failures sandcastle's own docs do not mention.

setup-varlock

Set up Varlock with Doppler CLI for environment variable management in a project. Use when the user asks to "add varlock", "set up varlock", "add doppler", "set up environment variables with varlock", "secure my env vars", or "add secrets management". Works with Next.js, Vite, Astro, or any Node.js project.

update-packages

Check for outdated npm packages with pnpm, show changelogs for the selected packages, and run the update. Use when the user says "update packages", "check for updates", "pnpm outdated", "upgrade dependencies", "what packages are outdated", or "update my npm packages".
